Eligible pieces may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt.

Items must be returned new, unworn, and in their original packaging, together with the return note.

Return shipping remains the responsibility of the client, unless the return results from an error on our side.

Once received and approved, the refunded amount will be issued through the original method of payment.

 

Made-to-measure, personalised, and promotional pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchange.
