Generally our dresses are worn in a casual way but you can also wear them more at the waist.
 
For example: You can choose S-M if you normally wear S or XS - it will be looser.
And if you wear M normally and you choose S-M it will be more fitted, so if you don't like that, go for L-XL instead.
